Hello, I’m Mike

Photographer, designer, & all around short form content creator based in Houston, TX. I have taken photos in wedding reception halls, conference halls, & concert halls, studios, & on location for the past 15 years.

5 years into capturing light onto my sensors I added a bachelors in graphic design and started to integrate those skills into my art. I thrive on equal parts clean minimal design of Jacquelin Casey & grungey chaos of David Carson. In the end I want to make sure I am capable of delivering the message that the brand is requiring.

About 5 years ago I took on more stable and extremely rewarding job as an educator at Porter Highschool. I taught Audio Video Production and Adobe Certification and I couldn't be more happy with the split that I have in my life between freelancing and teaching. It really helped me to focus on only doing projects I believe in and get excited about!
